BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments is required in which case no charge will be made. Short notice and no show appointments will be charged at $50.00 per half hour.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Our office fees follow the College of Dental Surgeons Fee Guide. We will provide patients with a treatment proposal prior to dental treatment.
Payment for dental work is due on the day of treatment and we will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
INSURANCE
As a service to our patients we want to continue to bill your insurance company. However, please understand that the insurance coverage is a contract between the patient, the insurance company and the employer; not the dentist. The benefits you will receive are based on the terms of the contract that were negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company and not your dental centre.
